ZENER completes the process of purchasing TELECO from Verne Group

Following the relevant authorisations from the CNMC, on 18 October the process of purchasing TELECO was completed with the signing of the closing of the transaction between ZENER and VERNE GROUP.
The acquisition of TELECO reinforces our competitive position in telecommunications and strengthens our cooperation and activity with Telefónica España.
The process for the integration of the more than 800 employees of TELECO, together with the acquired companies DIGICALL and DIGITAL CABLE, becomes one of our main priorities in ZENER.
